Data collected and stored by Finalsite Enrollment through any Finalsite Enrollment products (the “Finalsite Enrollment Site”) on behalf of a Finalsite Enrollment client (the “Institution”) is governed by the Institution's privacy policy. This data will not be used by us in any manner not approved by the Institution unless required by law (for example, a court order or subpoena). Access to the data shall be restricted to authorized associates and shall be used only for the purpose of providing service to you or the Institution. Finalsite Enrollment maintains physical, procedural, and electronic safeguards to protect data from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.
In addition to information collected on behalf of your Institution, the following pieces of information may be collected when you visit, register with, or use any Finalsite Enrollment Sites:
Finalsite Enrollment Sites use cookies in several applications for navigational purposes. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but some parts of the Finalsite Enrollment Sites may not work properly if you do. Accepting a cookie from a Finalsite Enrollment Site does not give Finalsite Enrollment access to any of your personally identifiable information.
Please note that this privacy policy applies only to the Finalsite Enrollment Site, Finalsite Enrollment, and its employees and consultants, and does not automatically apply to other sites to which we link. This privacy policy also does not apply to the portions of the Institution’s website not hosted or managed by Finalsite Enrollment. It is Finalsite Enrollment's corporate policy to require that the organizations to which we transmit your personal information agree to comply with our privacy policy. However, we cannot guarantee or be responsible for the performance of third parties.
Please note that when you shop with a vendor who is linked to Finalsite Enrollment, or who is linked to from Finalsite Enrollment, even though you may have started your visit at a Company Site, and even though Company pages may still appear, your transactions are completed with a separate organization, not with us. We don’t share your personally identifiable information with them, but information you choose to share with them will fall under their privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
